I have been using the Email Marketing Pro - free version and like it very much. Decided to download the Small Business version today for $49.95 because of some additional features. After exporting my contacts from the free version, I tried many times to import them into the Small Business version. Every time I tried, I would get an error message saying that "there were spaces in the file name". The file I was importing from had NO spaces in the name. I have sent them 2 emails and have NOT heard a thing from them yet. Wish I had not decided to upgrade. read full review »
