I would like to inform you of the trials and tribulations my wife I endured on June 27 and the following 48 hours. We arrived at EWR on CO29 from LHR. Unfortunately our two bags, with all our clothes, toiletries, and necessary prescription medicines(my wife is being treated for cancer and I am taking medication after a heart attack), did not arrive on our flight(connecting in London from Paris.
