This company is horrific. I was lefd to beleive that my order for Sammy's arthritis would be coming any day. I caled three weeks in a row and each time someone from the company told me that it was shippied yesterday. I got the same answer today and when they told me it would arrive by Friday and they couldn't give me the tracking number until tomorrow it was just another excuse to get me off the phone.
