Called 6/19/2010 and was told I had rain seepage in my finished basement. Argued for half and hour and then gave up. 7/8/2010 I called again and asked for an adjuster to come out. Same rain BS. I told the first nonresponder I was hiring a contractor and ripping open the wall and finding the leak. Carpet, fireplace, furniture, entertainment center all ruined. Contractor found water main leak. Charged $2000 to fix. Dry wall has 3 foot high and 50 foot long of mildew.
