My husband called and orderd Smoke Assist in April. He was told that he had a 60 day trial and that if he didn't like it, he could return it for a full refund minus S&H. He thought it was too heavy and didn't like it so he called Smoke Assist and they gave him a confirmation number to return it for his refund, this was in May. I took it to the US Post offfice right away and did a confirmation of receipt on the return package. Then we received and were charged for 59.95 plus S&H for replacement cartridges.
