DVR USA and John the owner promise when they sell their overpriced DVR's that they will offer excellent customer service and support the reality however is quite different. They start the blame game right away and tell you that it is a Linux problem and they don't deal with that part of the problems only their lousy eagle eye software which is NEVER to blame. They will not return calls and their support staff are truly clueless. You may as well THROW your money away. Stay far away from doing business with them.
