I orderd a Sony Unlocked cellphone on Aug 2009. The same day they charged $94.99 on my credit card. I thought they are going to deliver the product soon. The next month they sent an email to call them back to discuss the alternatives for that order as the product is not available. When I called them at 1-877-CEL-TALK, they offered me nothing and said will cancel and send back my money to my credit card.
