No other time in my life have I been YELLED AT by someone that I'm paying to perform a service. I called for the $29 special when I was locked out of my house. He showed up, took one look at the door and said it would cost $200. I politely told him I couldn't afford it and that I would pay the $29 for him to drive out. Soon afterwards he began yelling at me, both in English and a foreign language, trying to scare me into paying $200.
