I called to repair my Sears Kenmore clothes dryer and was given a date of July31, 8 AM -12 PM by email No one came, no one called. When I called, I was suppose to be called back on why no one showed. After numerous calls I was finally told at 4:40 PM they will not be coming today and gave me another "first available date, this one August 12th.
