I have made two purchases from this site. The first was for a mask only, and it shipped the day after it was ordered, and this was in July 2004. More recently I placed an order consisting of many items, and was fully expecting it to follow the same pattern. As the previous poster states, their site specifically states that items will ship the following day unless out of stock, and that a shipment is guaranteed to arrive on or within 14 days of order placement(no mention of what you get or get back if it's late).
