Very VERY satisfied. Ordered some software from them on August 10th and forgot to put in the expiration date for my credit card. Within 2 hours they had contacted me about my error and we got the problem fixed immediately. It shipped that that day (Tuesday) and I had it by Thursday August 12th. The software was well packed and 100% legitimate (COA and etc...). I could not ask for a better online shopping experience. I will definitely use them again. read full review »
