They are not truthful in their dealings with the modification program. They are ruthless. My story is the same with anyone dealing with the modification process. The difference is, they claim that we owe twenty-three thousand. Prior to us falling behind in June of 2009, we were only a month behind with an ARM of 9.75%. Before they would even start processing the paper works we needed to come up with at least five thousand dollars worth, which we had "scrapped up" that was in oct 2009.
