We spent THOUSANDS of dollars there furnishing our new condo...first sofa was defective. Difficulty getting it rectified but offered to provide a new sofa at a significant discount. We took it, but it too had cushion defects. The complaint person Doris tells us WE ordered the wrong cushions ("plush" instead of extra firm) even though our designer agreed with us that extra firm was ordered. Originally offered nothing, but with our on-going complaints, offered replacement with NO guarantee. WHAT?? It's their merchandise... read full review »
