We purchased a microwave from sears in 1985. The unit has as not been heating properly. It counts down and stops without completely clearing down to zero. We called for service and someone came out and said he could not find anything wrong with it. It surged the outlet and wiring was replaced. We had to plug it into another outlet it did the same thing. We called Sears they sent someone out. He proceeded to order parts, that they can't find parts all the parts .
