Ok, well a few years back i bought a very expensive Henredon Cavalier Chest. About $4000. And then all of a sudden my handle just came off. I love my chest to death, but then i go to call upHenredon and they said it would be $25 to replace it. But first of all people don't just buy $4000 chests to have crappy customer service. Im re-thinking of buying Henredon again. I love there furniture, but you cant have bad customer service. Henredon can you please send me out a replacement, so i can continue buying your products. read full review »
