When the company sees you as a liability instead of a asset, they will try any means necessary to get you off the payroll. My health has declined over the 25 years that I worked at this company in Memphis, Tennessee. I truly gave 110% to my job whenever I hit the door. I was there on the job when no one else was there. I accumilated several thousand hours of sick time. Now that I'm sick and have to go to the doctor the company (Memphis City Schools) does not want me to use any sick time.
