I went to the Creative Hair&Co. Midlothian, VA location and wanted side bangs and layers, nothing too complicated. I didn't ask for a specific hair stylist, but when I was assigned to a young woman, looking about 20 or so, I was a little worried that she didn't have experience. I specifically told her i wanted angled bangs that went to about my eyes. She did a good job on the layers but it was longer than I told her to make it.
