Same type of story - ordered 12 DVDs in the beginning of December - it is now the end of May and I have only received 6 of them yet have been charged for all 12 the DAY after I placed the order. Have e-mailed them 4 times with NO response and my credit card company will not do anything because it is past 90 days :( RIP-OFF ARTISTS!! read full review »
