I have bought a laptop It has Microsoft windows vista home premium. It is not activated and asks for the product key whenever i openm word. When i enter the key given on back side of PC it does not accepts it. Due to this i have not used my pc since i may loose some feartures of the software. I have contacted regarding this to costumer care but i have not got the solution.
