Think twice before spending thousands of dollars on a Sleep Number bed. They get into one of their stores and make you think you are getting this wonderful warranty for 20 years so the price is well worth it. What they don't tell you is that after 2 years everything is pro-rated by the number of years for which you have had your sleep system. On top of that, the service charge for an authorized representative is $160.00. This was a total waste of our money. I would never buy, nor recommend, this company to anyone that is looking to purchase a new mattress. read full review »
