These people are blooming idiots...After applying for and receiving a Home Equity Loan in November 2008 with Capital One, the loan was sold to Chase before I ever made a payment. No problem--I knew Capitla One did not service loans. Called Chase the other day to ask about a grace period on my Home Equity Loan and was told that I did not have a Home Equity Loan, but a first mortgage on my home!
