I bought the videocon CTV on 20 march 2008 from Durga Enterprises Railway Road Sonipat Haryana. From day one the TV was defective ( no sound automatic power off) .I reported the prob. to the dealer. The prob. was attended five times by videocon engineer. But the problem was not solved yet. I want to replace the Tv as It was not working from day one. but the dealer is not replacing the same.
