So this is the second time we've had to call about our router. First of all, the rep. I spoke to was very hard to understand which made the conversation very difficult. It seemed like she was merely reading from a script and didn't actually know what she was doing. After a while, it seemed like she had given up trying to help and told me that my router was not supposed to work with broadband speeds or something and that I should upgrade to model number XYZ for X amount because it works for higher speeds.
