While attempting to buy my second car from Maruti I was subjected to cheap antics by the dealer, Sai Service, Edapally, Cochin, Kerala. They had promised in writing that the car shall be delivered within 25 days of my booking. On the specified date, I was told that there is a car available. But after taking the DD and reaching their location, they informed that car shall be provided only if I buy other accessories(Alloy Wheels, Keyless entry etc.) from them.
