I purchased a new laptop from circuit city in 2006, in 2007 I purchased the extended contract for 220.00 for 3 years of coverage, now that I need the insurance to repair the laptop all of a sudden they can't find any record of my purchasing the insurance, I have the exact dates, and cancelled checks for the payments for this worthless contract. Basically you are paying them to do nothing when they are needed. They are the most worthless crooked outfit I have had the misfortune to run across and if someone trys to sell you an extended warrenty make sure its not thru this scamming outfit or you to will be setting high and dry when a problem occurs . read full review »
