I ordered from them a couple of years ago with no problems. This year they are the worst estore I have used. They cancelled my first order with no explanation. I called and ended up with a terribly rude customer service representative. I finally got my package but there were two missing items and no explanation. I tried calling and was put on hold for a long time. They encourage you to leave your name and number and they will "call you back." They didn't call back after several attempts.
