Bought a set of tires at Dobbs in St. Louis and was told that I would get a $50 credit if I opened up one of their credit accounts thru G.E. Money Bank. Rec'd first statement and minimum payment due was $26.00, I sent $100.00. Did not get a statement the following month and then on Feb 6 I got a statement dated Feb. 2 stating that $28 was past due and there was a $39.00 late fee added.
