I ordered a Suzanne Somers Facial Toner System 5/1/10 money immediately debited from my account-never received item.. I began writing to locate item as never received anything. Toni Barber([email protected]) said Paypal held payment till 5/22/10 and would research @ Ms. Somers company. I have had to continually hound this person to get relief-promised returned payment as of 7/16/10 & confirmed e-mail once money refunded-again nothing.
