I have contracted Biltwell Enterprises, LLC. from Bridgeport, WV to do a driveway and sidewalk replacement. This project started April 18, 2010 and still to this day (July 18, 2010) it has not been completed. I have sent emails including pictures regarding/depecting issues and incompletions and/or poor workmanship. All I have received is excuses and false promises. I have even sent a Demand for Completion Letter via Certified US Postal Service which was Returned to Sender because the contractor refused/failed to retreive it.
