Debra at Houston airport worked very hard to not help me. I asked for a bigger car and she offered me a smaller car. I asked to put my wife on the policy and she said the $13/day was due and never mentioned that with our AAA that we could add my wife for free. We couldn't use our credit card with my wife's name because I was the driver, "company policy". I rented a car for someone else before from Hertz with no problem. There was nothing she could do to help us. She was just doing her job and her job description did not include helping customers. read full review »
