We rented a car from Payless Auto Rental at Pearson Toronto Airport in Mississauga, ON, and sincerely wish we hadn't. Similar to what was written before, we were told upfront we would be paying $321 for 6 days. We chose it because it seemed to be a reasonably priced vehicle. At the end they charged us $600 for insurance, liability, and 'misc. fees'. I am a super-pissed off consumer, and wish I had seen the reviews in advance. We have filed a complaint with BBB, but it looks like they don't even respond to the complaints. If anyone has advice for the best way to go about suing them, we are all ears. read full review »
