Purchased sofa and two reclining chairs at the cost of $6508.92 on 5-8-10 delivered on 7-31-08. one chair makes grinding noise when opening and sofa wrinkles terribly when used. Tried to get store to fix but they claim there is no solution. Extremely difficult to get someone to talk to. I waited 35 years to be able to shop Ethan Allen and feel the quality just is not there. Continue to tell friends and family that the service is terrible. Wuld have done better anywhere else. Just not worth the money and aggrevation we have gotten. read full review »
