I negotiated a deal for a webpage to be designed for a total of $600, I paid $300 down as agreed, which they promptly took from my credit card and bank account. The deal was for $300 down and the other $300 to be paid upon completion of the webpage which would be turned over to me and I would find my own host for it. They sent me some forms to fill out and a questionaire to fill out supposedly for the webdesigner.
