Horrible customer service. They act like they are being put out by having to build you a deck, gets very defensive when you question any part of their work. Often promised to be here on a day to work...never called or showed up. Deck took twice the amount of time to build than promised. They purchased additional items to use on the deck, and only used half of the items on my deck, saving the rest for their next job, but they charged me for everything (and will probably do the same to the next customer). Promised to follow up and fix issues with completed deck today and never called or showed up. read full review »
