I had my car towed to a local service shop by AAA this morning. The service shop check out the alternator and the battery. Find out the battery is defective. I had AAA replaced the battery less than 3 years ago and is under Three Year Replacement Warranty. I called AAA, they sent out a technician to check the battery and confirmed the battery die. But then the AAA technician told me that the warranty is VOIDED due to third party technician had worked/tested on it. I was so upset.
