This company took $12.99 out of my account WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION and in them doing so I now received a $35.00 OVERDRAFT FEE which I firmly believe that THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND FULLY RELIABLE FOR REIMBURSING THE $12.99 they just took out AND my overdraft fee which THEY CAUSED ME TO INCUR WHICH I CAN FULLY PROVE IT WAS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AND NEGLIGENCE.
