Reason for contacting Sear Complaints Board: I am requesting the necessary parts at no cost to put the jack back into safe operating condition. Observed Defect: The piston shaft of the small diameter cylinder under the main cylinder was not machined to the proper finish causing a failure of the seal after multiple uses of the jack.
