Thinking I was dealing with a reputable company I asked a question pertaining to an electrical problem on a Ford F 150. I was told an answer was sent. After much search and additional inquiries I determined no answer was provided so did not okay a charge. I had suggested a charge of $15 and would have okayed the charge even if my problem had not been solved. The charge appearing on my credit card was for $30.00 with the description as "Just Answer Experts MYJABILL.com ca. I e-mailed the company today and have had no response. Can you help?
