I purchased the Shark Steam Mop set at Costco. I used it about 10 times or so before it stopped working this last time. I could tell it was hot where the water is but the mop itself wasn't. I kept mopping and pushing the handle down to see if the steam would start coming out. Suddenlty it POPPED very loudly and quickly from both sides where the plastic pieces are. Steam came flying out.
