Unless you have money to waste, I do Not reccomend this company. I was told that I needed to give a 30 day notice to end my contract. They did Not inform that it was to be 30 days prior to the end of my original contract. Now they say that I am stuck for another year. This is insult to injury seeing as how my alarm system has not worked in 2 years. They were not able to fix it from their computer, so they said I would have to pay some $100+ or renew my contract for 2 More years. In times like this, I cannot believe that they won't give a little to customers who paid on time for the duration of their original contract. read full review »
