Ordered DVD never received the DVD set. I called and the 1st time to wait 10 more days. I called back the 2nd time and no matter what address was used they said it had been returned by the Post Office and if I wanted reshipped I would be charged another shipping fee. I said I wanted a refund, they said the orginal cost would be returned but not the shipping charge. read full review »
