I ordered some sprinkler parts from the company in April. They shipped the wrong items to me. I dutifully followed their return protocol, returning the items in early May. As of early August, I still cannot get a refund from them. I have spoken with customer service on numerous occasions. They provide only token apologies, but no action. They provide no path for issue escalation. Their voicemail system is not personalized, so you do not know whether you have left a message for the correct person or merely in some random dump box.
