Have a total of four charges to my checking account! Had no idea that I signed up and aggread to these charges, never saw them on computor and would like a total refund! $57.61 and $.46 on 7/22/2010- $2.97 and $.02 on 7/21/2010.yuor website does not clearly explain your hidden charges, none in their right mind would pay that kind of money to get help to fill out applications for grants!
