I got a loan on my car from Wells Fargo Financial. Three years after I finished paying it off, I still haven't received the title to the vehicle. They sent me a check because I overpaid on my last payment, so it's obviously paid off, but no title. I go into the DMV, they say I have to go the bank. I went to the bank twice and they finally sent me a document "Lien Satisfied / Title Holder Release" but they didn't sign it or notarize it.
