I was with VIRGIN MOBILE for one year and had alot of problems with ths company and there services. I was supposed to receive a home phone charger and because multiple ppl did not listen to my requests i received a car charger. There system messed up this order more then 5 times. Then once my phone was no longer working they sent me a replacement phone that did not let me receive or sned pictures or email or even to get to there system on my phone.
