On the evening of 7/20/10, I was using the self cleaning mode to clean my oven when I heard a loud noise coming from the oven. Frightened due to the fact that my infant was in the kitchen, I ran to the stove and turned on the inside light to see the GLASS ON THE INSIDE HAD BROKE!!! I promptly turned off the oven and left it alone. I got on the internet to see who to contact and could not find a number directly to KENMORE so I called Sears the next day.
