From Jan 2008 to Oct 2009 myvoicemailservices was charging me $14.95 as month via my AT&T telephone bill for voicemail services that I did not request or authorize- total of about $330. I am ashamed to say I did not notice it on my phone bill for 22 months. I was on paperless bill and was not carefull enough. In Oct 2009 I saw the unauthorized charges and cancelled the services and requested a refund. THe company will on;y refund me 3 months worth at a total of $44.95. The owed me about $330 back.
