Booked a hotel room in Honolulu, Hi through their sight three weeks before my vacation. They charged my card and assured me that everything was confirmed and alright. They even sent me two confirmation notices via Email. Four days before I leave on my vacation, I receive an Email from the company that said that they were refunding my money due to the fact that they had overbooked the hotel.
