I am dealing with A&E Factory Repair Services right now. They make promises that they don't keep. Rather than answering questions, they avoid them. I recommend never buying the appliances that they service. That includes Whirlpool, Kitchen Aid and Sears. If my experience is any guide, you will encounter broken promises, incompetent people and a complete disregard for the customer. read full review »
