Got a call from a man named Tim Robinson who said that he was calling from the legal dept of his company b/c I had defaulted on a payday loan from Cash Adv. I had frauded the company b/c I hadn't paid it back. I asked for dates, hard copies, copies of the email they reportedly had sent me. They said that at this point they couldn't tell me the dates or sent anything else b/c it was in legal action at this time. The only way for me to rectify the problem was to pay $325.
